• If you wish to borrow a video, you must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age and have a valid Perth Amboy library card with no fines due. Please do not ask us to honor any card other than your own.

• You may borrow 2 (two) videos at a time, and return them to our library before borrowing other videos.

• The videos may be kept for up to 3 (three) business days. Please note our regular hours and any holiday exceptions.

• Please return the video to the front desk. Do not place the video in our outside book drop or a fine of 10 (ten) dollars will be charged. This is to protect the videos from damage.

• Overdue fines are 4 (four) dollars per day, per video, excluding Sunday and holidays.

• Please rewind the video after use. Failure to do so will result in a fine of 3 (three) dollars.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT WE DO NOT CHARGE ANY FEE TO BORROW A VIDEO. WE ASK THAT YOU KINDLY OBSERVE OUR RULES SO THAT EVERYONE MAY ENJOY OUR VIDEO COLLECTION.

The above rules are effective February 2009 and take the place of any previous rules regarding videos.

We are in the process of updating our video collection to include DVD’s.
