    Tax Bills & Due Dates

    Tax Bills are mailed twice a year with 2 quarters on each bill. The 1st and 2nd (February and May) Quarters are usually mailed in January. The 3rd and 4th (August and November) Quarters are usually mailed in July.

    Due dates are as follows:

    • 1st Quarter - February 1st

    • 2nd Quarter - May 1st

    • 3rd Quarter - August 1st

    • 4th Quarter - November 1st

    Each quarter has a 10-day grace period which includes the due date. If the 10th falls on a weekend or holiday, the grace period is automatically extended to the next business day.

    The grace period for TAX BILL payments has been extended to Thursday, February 11, 2010, due to imminent snow conditions.
