Public Notice: Summer Food Service Program

The City of Perth Amboy, Office of Recreation, will be participating in the 2010 Summer Food Service Program from July 5, 2010 through August 27, 2010.  The Summer Food Service Program is a federal program of the Food and Nutrition Services, United States Department of Agriculture.  This program provides all children 18 years of age and under with the same free meal in accordance with a menu approved by the state agency regardless of race, color, national origin, sex disability or age.  Any person who believes they have been discriminated against in any USDA related activity should write immediately to the Secretary of Agriculture, Washington, D.C. 20250.  For additional information please contact the Department of Human Services, Office of Recreation at 732-826-1690 ext. 4306 or 4303.  You may also email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
