Focus 2000, the City’s Redevelopment Plan was created as a blueprint of the city’s long term redevelopment goals. The commitment to accomplish this is evidenced by the clear vision and concerted efforts of the administration and the community.

The Redevelopment Area is divided into three sub-areas, as described below:

1. South Redevelopment Area 1 – predominately retail, commercial and light industrial expansion district

2. East Redevelopment Area 2 – predominately mixed-use, residential.

3. North Redevelopment Area 3 – light industrial, warehouse and distribution
