Mayor Wilda Diaz invites residents to the launch of the Gateway Neighborhood Collaborative (GNC) Community Meeting hosted by Perth Amboy Redevelopment Team for Neighborhood Enterprise and Revitalization (PARTNERS) and the Jewish Renaissance Foundation (JRF) to be held on Wednesday, November 6, 2013 @ 6:00 p.m. at the Alexander F. Jankowski Community Center located on 1 Olive Street, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861

The Gateway Neighborhood Collaborative (GNC) is a growing group of community based organizations, residents, and other relevant stakeholders working together to create and form the "GNC Neighborhood Vision." The Gateway Neighborhood extends from Route 35 to Fayette Street and Elm Street to the Raritan River. The GNC initiative is funded by the Wells Fargo Regional Foundation. 

The purpose of the meeting will be to (1) Introduce the agencies facilitating the redevelopment plan for the gateway neighborhood and familiarize the public with the initiatives, (2) Get acquainted with the community and seek your input (3) Inform residents about the planning process (4)  Get involved/Invite residents to sign up for various GNC committees.
