CITY COUNCIL 2010 MEETING SCHEDULE

Pursuant to the Open Public Meetings Act, and as a result of an amendment to the City Code, the following is a schedule of caucus, regular and closed session meetings of the Perth Amboy City Council for the remainder of calendar year 2010.

The meetings are held in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 260 High Street, Perth Amboy.  The caucus meetings are held at 5:30 p.m.  The regular meetings are held at 7:00 pm.  Both meetings are held on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month, except during the months of July, August and December, when they are held on the second Wednesday only of that month.

All closed session meetings are held on the days of the caucus/regular meetings, as needed.

Whenever caucus/regular meetings fall on a legal holiday, the meetings shall be held at a time pursuant to the Open Public Meetings Act.

2010 CAUCUS/COUNCIL/CLOSED SESSION MEETING DATES

(**) February 10, 2010:Council President Peter Jimenez cancelled the Council Meeting of February 10, 2010 due to the predicted bad weather.  The meeting is being rescheduled to February 17, 2010.  The Caucus will start at 5:30 p.m. followed by the Regular Meeting at 7:00 p.m.
