Below is the Citizen Participation Survey the City uses to get feedback from the community regarding what they see are priority objectives for the use of federal Community Development Block Grant funds. These objectives were defined in the 2010 – 2015 Consolidated Plan and are ranked annually to help the committee choose which projects to fund in the upcoming year. As the overall funding level has decreased, your input is very important in directing where funds will be allocated.
